- Individual entries closed Thursday, 19 February at 11:59pm
- Team entries (done by club) close Monday, 23 February at 11:59pm
- Competitive transfer must be completed before individuals enter into these Championships
- No late, individual or team entries will be accepted
- Entry fees are non-refundable
Teams
Clubs are to compile teams through SurfTec from entries made by their members.
